Purpose : Auspicious Family Phrase Painting

The Client wanted a painting that depicted the Chinese phrase 家和万事兴 which in direct translation means: When you family is in peace, everything will be lucky. The Client asked us for this customised painting because typical Chinese paintings would have flowers and fishes with the Chinese characters which would not bring out the context of the phrase. Hence, we designed a nostalgic painting that shows a father and son walking home in a sepia sunset to bring depth and emotion to the piece. It now hang in the entrance of his new home.
