Scope : Design & Paint Office Cafeteria Mural

Location : Sama Jaya Kuching, Sarawak

Melexis, a global microelectronics engineering company, opened its largest wafer testing site in Kuching, Sarawak. We were invited to liven the cafeteria with a mural in the beautiful building.

We were tasked to incorporate elements of multiple countries where Melexis is present around the world.

Mural Design Element Features

• Malaysia: Sarawak River, Mount Santubong, hibiscus, pitcher plant, layer cakes, Pua Kumbu & Tree of Life patterns, hornbill

• Belgium: Red poppy, black cat

• Germany: Woad flower & indigo

• France: French white lilies

• Bulgaria: Vitosha mountain, red roses

• Layers that represent wafers

We were also invited to the Grand Opening ceremony of the building, here are some pictures of the event, team, and their co-founder & CEO Ms Françoise Chombar.
